Gold evaluated our roof and told us that it didn’t need immediate replacement, and that they would replace the loose and missing shingles. We believe that they only replaced the missing shingles and did not replace the loose ones, as they left many unused shingles behind. We had before and after pictures of the repairs. In less than a week the replaced shingles came up. Gold came out and glued some down and stated that any further repairs would cost more.
