Gold Property Management was a complete disappointment. Their finance department was unresponsive, rarely answering calls or messages, making even the simplest inquiries a frustrating ordeal. Throughout their entire management of our condo property, I was never informed of who our actual property manager was, nor was I ever able to speak with or contact that person. After 10 months, FINALLY the window was fixed. I appreciate the lesser bias treatment knowing that I AM A GOOD RESIDENT. After the insults and accusations. All is forgiven for my conscious is clear and you gained another star. Congrats! Those who continue with their bias can burn in their hatred. I could care less 😘 Best!
Thieves and scammers. If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible management, ridiculous policies, terrible maintenance. The people running this company should be ashamed.
