If I could, I would give this office zero stars. Calling them is always a headache for the client, and their professionalism is lacking. They send statements with incorrect payment and balance totals, indicating a lack of a proper administrative process. It’s no surprise that their Google ratings are already at a one-star rating. This is THE WORST property management company that I worked with. As a landlord of the property in community that this PM is "TAKING CORE OF" there is no way for me to reach anyone during the work hours at this freaking business. Multiple voice messages left were NEVER returned. Everyone in company is not reachable when you need information or simple document.

Gold Property Management was a complete disappointment. Their finance department was unresponsive, rarely answering calls or messages, making even the simplest inquiries a frustrating ordeal. Throughout their entire management of our condo property, I was never informed of who our actual property manager was, nor was I ever able to speak with or contact that person. If I could give negative stars, I would. My experiences with this association have not been good. I have lived here for almost 9 months and despite many attempts, they never gave me a parking pass. My car was towed from my designated parking spot for not having the decal. They now tell me that I must have a Florida license plate for my car to get the pass which isn't even included in the contract I signed before moving in, and I can't because the car isn't in my name. This is the second time I leave this review, as the business owner had my previous review taken down. After becoming property managers of Parkside on Fontainebleau, my experience with this company has not been positive. They distributed decals to residents and explained the protocol for having overnight visitors which consisted of calling their office and giving the license of said visitor.
