Quite pleased with small gym We (my wife and I) have been a member for several years. Our needs are fairly basic. We both lift about three times a week. I like to swim for aerobic conditioning and she likes to use elliptical machines. The gym seems to benefit from being in the Long Branch Hotel; the hotel can offer a great gym and the gym gets access to a quiet pool, hot tub and sauna in the hotel.
