Clean, honest, friendly customer service.
I didn't have any issues here until time to come pick up my rifle. I was quoted $137 to pick it up. Added to that was a $5 fee for lost ticket (Which is on me, I get that) Then they said, oh, there's another month of interest at $12.50. Why would I have to pay another month of interest if I'm picking up my item now? Even at this point, 137 + 5+ 12.50 = 154.50, I get online and check my bank today and they charged me $159. Shady, and I'll never come inside the doors again.
