Please don't go here if you want your jewelry to be returned to you intact! My diamonds were stolen and replaced with MUCH smaller ones in a ring that was repaired, and diamonds tightened. I went to Gold n Things because of the fact that they had been in business for a long time, the reviews were favorable as well, but my experience was to the contrary, these people have zero integrity, and I am truly shocked that they have remained in the jewelry business at all!!
Phyllis and John run this the way things "used to be". Good, old-fashioned customer service, a good selection, repairs done right. You'll be greeted and treated properly here. Excellent.
