A great jewelry store We have delt with Gold-N-Heart for many years and have always been treated with respect and they have been a great help. They have helped us pick out gifts for our family and ourselves. They have also created jewelry for us and it is a rewarding experience . I would not change a thing about them.
One of a kind service I am a new customer to Gold N Heart Jewelry and was blown away by the experience there. They had great consignment items at very competitive prices and they were very honest about my gold buy. But what really made this like any other shopping experience, was the customer service. I worked personally with Lee Ann and Lara and their honesty and friendliness will keep me coming back. This jewelry shop is not like your typical shop and it is a must see just in the experience in itself.
Do not waste your good $ on Goldnheart I had an engagement ring done there in platinum,and what a horrible experience! The people that work there (with the exception of 1 person) have really bad attitudes and rude. The work that was done on my ring looks nothing like they original ring that it was suppose to look like. I took it back for them to fix it and they gave me a hard time about it, and didn't really fix it. simply the best I've been a customer of gold n heart for years n recently decided to sell some gold. I was given options vs. the pressure or feeling cheated, and the girls were extremely helpful in the whole process without any pressure. I have witnessed them go the extra mile even for the little things that some jewelers would turn their nose up. Unfair Comment I think your comment was uncalled for. It's obvious you had a chip on your shoulder long before entering this establishment. When I walked in, they asked me if I was selling also. While I was taking care of my business, at least four customers came in to sell gold. Golden Heart has made this very convenient and easy. Tom has made me TWO engagement rings and Wedding bands! Tom says I'm his best kind of customer... repeat. Tom made the rings for both of my marriages and both sets are exquisite... The craftsmanship and original designs are nothing short of perfect. I cannot say enough good things, use Gold n Heart for all of your jewelry purchases and you will never be disappointed.
Fantastic custom work - like no one else. I've had Tom make a couple of custom rings for me over the last year that are absolutely fabulous. Takes his time, the quality is outstanding, everything is smooth, solid and done to perfection. Wouldn't have it done anywhere else, just don't expect to rush it - this quality doesn't come fast.
