I absolutely would not recommend this business. I recently bought a Groupon special for a massage. Over the course of two weeks I have left three messages to book the massage. When I still didn't hear back, I decided I would ask Groupon for my money back (thank god they offer that option!) but they thought that it would be best to contact the owner, Jan, and see if she would then contact me. The tan was ok, but I can't even begin to describe what a wierd place this is. It is an office that they tried to convert to a "wellness center". It looks dirty. Again, the tan was ok but about as good as one I get at a tanning salon. I really thought I was going to a spa. Not really.
This was my first massage and it was a fantastic experience. It was totally worth it and was very relaxing, I would do it again :)
My spray tan experience at Gold n Glow was wonderful! Jan is so experienced and knowledgeable. I will definitely be continuing my spray tans with her.
I received the most excellent massage from you all! Hands down, best massage I have ever had. I walked out of Gold and Glow feeling so calm and relaxed; it was exactly what I needed!
I was in town for a competition and the new haircut I received was one of the best that I've had. The new "look" helped my stage presence.
I have been going to Gold- N - Glow Sunless Tanning & Day Spa for airbrush tans since July of 2008 and have been happy every time!! I have seriously tried so many different sunless tanning products and always looked orange/ splotchy/ streaky or felt like I had a weird. "producty" smell. I have had none of that at Gold and Glow. The owner of this salon was extremely unreasonable when handling a gift certificate issue. Based on this experience, I would advice you to see other tanning salons and spas that are more oriented towards customer service.
