I bought something there before and they did a spectacular job. I returned and bought myself a ring and it took awhile to get it . Once I received it I wore it 2 times and noticed dents in the side. It wasn’t made right. I asked them to please fix it and they said they would fix it. It was there for a month a no call or anything. I returned to pick up my ring and they didn’t even fix it, they just held on to it and said it was my responsibility because I damaged the ring. Today I was at Gold ‘n’ Diamond and Ali did an amazing job helping me out with the perfect jewelry and cleaning my necklace I already had!! I will definitely be back to see him. I am originally from VA and we are just visiting and was very impressed!! Thank you so much!
