They staff was incredible amazing . They were very helpful and sweet. Made my experience great while fixing my watches. Eugenia and Gina are awesome come see them at the Hamilton mall.The customer service is amazing here at Gold and Diamonds.
I came to this stand looking for item know knowing the size I needed and he gave me 3 sizes for free
I bought something there before and they did a spectacular job. I returned and bought myself a ring and it took awhile to get it . Once I received it I wore it 2 times and noticed dents in the side. It wasn’t made right. I asked them to please fix it and they said they would fix it. It was there for a month a no call or anything. I returned to pick up my ring and they didn’t even fix it, they just held on to it and said it was my responsibility because I damaged the ring.
