I Bought a 14k chain from gold n diamond a couple months ago and the chain is already starting to snap apart from barely even wearing it and only using it for special occasions. Got it fixed once about a month ago and it broke the next week from a different spot of the chain. They charged me 50$ for it at first now they’re charging me more to get it fixed. Don’t recommend shopping her for chains.
I’m really impressed with this jewelry store. Everyone was very attentive and never pushy. They took their time showing me options and answered all my questions. The prices were fair compared to other places I checked, and the overall experience felt honest and professional. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a good jeweler at the mall.

Called ahead of time, "we are not buying gold right now" aka gold at ATH too expensive for them. Even on a pullback.
They staff was incredible amazing . They were very helpful and sweet. Made my experience great while fixing my watches. Eugenia and Gina are awesome come see them at the Hamilton mall.The customer service is amazing here at Gold and Diamonds.
