Brought my 3 stone emerald ring to be sized down. Very reasonably priced but when I got my ring back, the stones look totally different. Either they were damaged during sizing process in which case they should have told me, or something else was done? I have no way of proving any thing but I know the emeralds do not look the same.

The owners are friendly, respectful, helpful, and very professional. The business is clean. Excellent customer service! I promise if you can wait for your turn, you will get the same courtesy no matter the amount of money you spend. New inventory is constantly coming in because they keep up with the latest trends! Love going there!
