Staff are all amazing and dedicated to serving the patients in a very friendly and caring way!
This was a fantastic place to get therapy. They were professional, friendly, helpful, and I made enough progress to avoid surgery.
Excellent therapists and staff! Everyone worked together to increase my agility and mobility functions. I recommend Gold Medal for anyone needing Theraphy with excellent care.
HORRIBLE billing and HORRIBLE receptionists. I can't even fit how many times they have messed up. Hell, I had one of their employees text me multiple times at 1 am to pay a bill. These people did not warn me about how close I was to my limit, insurance wise. They never told me how much I was paying. 7+ months ago, they said they filed a claim and were working on it. I can’t rave enough about my experiences at Gold Medal. I do not have one complaint with anyone in any area of service. What a blessing it has been to receive PT there. Each person is very knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. I would highly recommend Gold Medal to anyone. Debbie - Bel Air
