After fully rupturing my Achillies tendon on my driving foot, and having to have it surgically repaired, I thought the road to recovery would be terrible...After being treated there years ago for a fractured L5-S1 injury I returned scared, but hopeful I could get back walking. Tony, and the rest of the staff were always great to be around, very attentive to your needs, very informative, and professional. My Mom has needed therapy over a long period of time due to two separate broken legs and knee replacements. She will only go to Smith & Prothero when therapy is needed due to the friendly, caring and personalized service from the therapists. I highly recommend them!

Not clean, they do not wipe down mats between clients. The pillowcases are not changed between clients. limited use of manual techniques in therapy. I would not go here again.
Went for my heel over a year ago and just finished up for my shoulder and elbow. This place is the best, Like this place over the bigger therapy places...You are treated. by the therapists themselves. Never had a bad experience. If I ever need therapy again...this is the place I will be calling..
