Hi there! Just wanted to give you an update. My 1/2 marathon is less than a week away. I'm healthy, strong, ready, and so excited! Thank you all so much for your help in getting me up and running again! Erin Derenick and Timothy Russell, especially thank you two!! I'll never forget anything you taught me!! I'll last forever thanks to you guys! Lol I'll be back to show you my medal! Lol So excited!
