Gold keys manager Linda is super rude and disrespectful. When we moved in the place had fleas and the carpet was untouched. One of the employers for goldkey told us it never had an inspection and they "forgot" to clean the carpets. Bottom line, never rent from this place. They don't care about the maitence of the overall property and refuse to help.

When they rented from us...they viewed the property and rented it with a "1/2 off of the security deposit special". We had had the fleas treated before they even looked at the house...for which we can provide a paid receipt. If the fleas persisted, we could have sent the repairman back out to retreat. When they moved in and told us that they needed the carpet cleaned, they said that they had cleaned it and we paid them $100.00 for cleaning the carpets.
