Very friendly, personable and family oriented. I would not trust anyone else with my jewelry and fairly prized.
Three strikes and you’re out! They were very rude to me, my daughter and my husband on all three separate visits. One lady in particular who unfortunately helped us was the worst and very unpleasant, she even laughed at us when we asked for a better price! I mean who pays full ticket price? Buying jewelry should be a pleasant experience when you’re spending a large sum of money but it was not due to one of the sisters who clearly needs a class on etiquette and customer service. Won’t be going back to this store.

Today was my first visit to Gold in Art Jewelers, and I will definitely be back. Had watch batteries replaced and a ring rhodium plated. Customer Service was exceptional! Everyone was so helpful and nice!
