I attempted to schedule an appointment for an crown that had cracked. Was put on hold several times and ended up going to Charlotte for the repair. Sad considering a co-worker referred me and claims he is the best dentist in Fort Mill. Newsflash you are only as good as your front staff who seem to have better things to do.
I recently relocated to the area and needed to have a tooth repaired. They scheduled me for an exam the next day and repaired the tooth the following morning. Initially, they thought it was going to require a crown, but Dr. Sagunarthy was able to repair it and saved me a significant amount of money.
