Kennedy was absolutely amazing! I have struggled in the past to get the perfect golden balayage for my naturally brown hair but she nailed it. I explained what I was looking for and she got it immediately and asked the right question to make sure we were on the same page. She is also such a sweetheart, I had such a lovely time there. I literally just walked out of my appointment with Jodi and I had to write this right away because I’m so happy with my hair. Booked an updo for 10:00 AM for a wedding day, and they assigned me a barber who couldn’t even do an updo. Then I was told to wait 90 minutes for a proper hairdresser. Completely unacceptable, this place ruined my schedule, my plans, and added unnecessary stress on an important day.
