Stopped in today with a tiny piece of jewelry from a past relationship I wanted to get rid of. Didn’t catch the man’s name who helped me but he was great. Super quick, personable, and kind. I literally told him I didn’t care about the offer and that the piece was getting chucked in the trash otherwise and he still made me a fair offer for what it was. 10/10 would go again!
What a bunch of clowns. I called and talked to them, said they were open. Saturday afternoon 1pm. I drive there and they are closed. Don’t waste your time with them. Obviously they don’t want your business. It was the BLOOMINGTON location, 1pm on a Saturday. And I am sure you can get ALL YOUR FRIENDS to do reviews. I mean, do you have such a lame business that you only have ONE EMPLOYEE on a busy Saturday? Or do you not have busy Saturdays because you suck? You don’t even try to apologize. What a weasel look at his response!
Process was quick and easy. Employees are very polite and knowledgeable. They beat a previous offer I received from a different gold buyer.
