Had some old and some broken jewelry that I didn’t know what to do with. Mike was great to work with! My experience went really smooth and I’d definitely recommend them.
Melody was amazing, would absolutely recommend to come here fast service, fair pricing and knowledgeable staff.
Absolutely love this place! After having some horrible experiences at Pawn America, I decided to try somewhere new to sell some old gold jewelry and came across Gold Guys in Bloomington. I’m so glad I did because this was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had selling any of my jewelry! Mike helped me today at the Bloomington location and he was absolutely phenomenal. Excellent experience at Gold Guys! I came in to sell/appraise some jewelry and didn't know what to expect, but the staff made the whole process easy and stress-free. Zak went above and beyond to help me, taking the time to answer all my questions without ever making me feel rushed. They were honest, transparent about pricing, and took the time to explain how everything was weighed and valued with no pressure or gimmicks. If you are looking for a trustworthy place to buy or sell gold, I highly recommend Gold Guys!
