I had my watch repaired the service was fantastic and friendly. What they charged for the service was very very well priced. Worth going to these guys.
very dissapointing service from this store. Would not recommend. No transparency of pricing for gold dropped off. Very poor workmanship on ring resizing. Second opinions ought at Holdsworth jewellers who advised that they would not release a ring to a customer insuch a condition and who also picked up that 2 rings needed resetting. Not mentioned by Gold and Gems. If you are looking for quality, honesty or transparency of pricing, do not go here.
