I would give less than one star if I could I took a necklace in for a repair (that i bought elsewhere) cost $48, it broke in the same spot the next day and they would not warranty the repair even with proof of receipt. The lady was so rude about it too. DO NOT do business with them especially repairs. There is another jewlrey repair right across from them on the mall they only charge $30 and warranty the spots they repair.

Worst jeweler ever don’t buy gold from this place rope bracelet snapped after a day of wearing it the lady didn’t want to take responsibility for it understandable it was in my care but I didn’t do anything to possibly break this chain worst gold ever and worst seller too proceeded to yell at me.

SCAM!! Fake jewelry but will say it's real.. Once you try to return it, he'll blame you for it! It's being advertised as 10k but it's actually gold plated!! Don't buy from this location that's located inside Penn Square called Gold Island..

Do not buy from here! I bought a $500 bracelet for Christmas. As soon as my bf tried it on it broke. I called them back to ask for refund, exchange, or free repair and accused me of breaking the jewelry myself. This place is a total joke and did not want to help me. Total waste if $
