Noah and the team helped get me into a well maintained used Forester when my car broke down earlier in the year. Everyone super pleasant, professional, smooth process on my end.
I needed new batteries for my Forrester key fobs so I dropped into the dealership. JJ was fantastic. Took the time to show me how to remove the key from the fob in a pinch and also how to start the car in an emergency if the fobs were out of charge. This was great customer service.
Met with Kove, the most extremely unhelpful rep I have encountered at a dealership. Spoke on the phone, expressed interest about a vehicle, seemed like all they wanted to do was talk me out of it. Made an appt anyways, this person passed me, made no eye contact, was awkward, dismissive, and unprofessional. Unfriendly, unhelpful, unknowledgeable, swore, I could go on, throughout the appt. How could someone like that work there who works on commission?
