My wife and I would like to thank Caleb and the team at Subaru of North Bay for the excellent experience. The deal was great too and it was appreciated. We drove over 5 hours to deal with Caleb and it was worth it and we drove the BRZ Sport Tech home that day. I would recommend Caleb for your next vehicle anytime. I am very displeased by the experience I had at North Bay Subaru. 2 words: unprofessional and unethical. Kove in Sales and Randy Gravelle went back on their word about a Crosstrek I had paid a deposit on. They have broken the OMVIC Code of Ethics. The previous owner Cliff Pilon in 2023 had his license to sell cars revoked by Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC). Despite a busy schedule, they assessed the vehicle immediately, had the part in stock, and expedited the repair with incredible efficiency. After many emails and texts going back and forth with Kove, I finally decided to make the trip from out of town to North Bay Subaru last week. I was interested in the only 2025 Forrester Convenience they had on site. Test drove the Convenience, discussed the Convenience, and when given some numbers for a finance or lease options, it wasn't until I left that I realized they gave me a very vague cost lay out that didn't even show what finance rate would be and to top it off, Kove gave me numbers for the Crosstrek Convenience n... read more
