Julius and Leo were here to follow up on the Fall ‘get ready’ equipment check up by James (Thx for seeing it) to reseal one of the plenums found in the ‘get ready’ check up. They were on time, friendly and efficient, resealed and added support to the suspect plenum. Job well done! Thank you! Incredible experience on our personal home. We were having a challenge with our HVAC system going on and off (and eventually just off). We reached out to Gold Eagle Services and they were easy to get ahold of and quick to work to get us scheduled. They even offered us the opportunity move our appointment up in the day when there was an opening in the schedule. Gold Eagle sent out a tech to be certain that my new HVAC is working properly (it is) and is ready to transition from summer cooling to winter heating. The tech arrived exactly on time, knew what he was doing, and also explained several things to me to make certain I knew how to program the thermostat and to change the filters. And all of this was free. I have been very happy with Gold Eagle and the system they recommended.
