Jeff is the king. I do the yearly membership, thanks Trey for setting me up years ago. They've always kept really good care of us, hold themselves accountable to mistakes they make, and even make up when others made the mistake. We recently had to have them come back out immediately after they came for the spring check. Turns out that it wasn't even their fault and they still waived the weekend fee. Very quick service, took extra effort to find fan motor when Trane couldn’t provide part. Excellent service!
I have used Gold Eagle for 5 years, installed 3 units and have done all of the service on them since. Israel was great. Completely explained the problem. He and Trey came up with a fix, which will happen tomorrow.
Service and repair was very prompt, however I'd like to know why the contacter failed only 5 months after installation of the system?
Jeff was very knowledgeable and fixed our unit. He also gave us advice on taking care of our unit. Would highly recommend and will use Gold Eagle from now on.
