I had an A/C unit that had a plugged up condensate line (float valve activated) and I didn't have the means to blow it out so I Googled and took a chance with Gold Eagle Services as they offer a $59 service call. Which by the way is beyond reasonable ... if not down right cheap! The receptionist was not only nice but actually had knowledge about condensate lines. She already knew what chemicals they carry to help clear the line ... etc. She had me scheduled and had Jeff out within a couple hours. Jeff was a very good failure... read more

Jay at Gold Eagle did a great job on a small leak we had in our unit. Efficient, gave us a near term solution, and presented some options for the long term with no hard upselling. This has been our experience several times over with Jay and Gold Eagle, so they’ll continue to get the call when we need HVAC help.

Jay with Gold Eagle is super friendly and diagnosed my AC problem right away and it was repaired within an hour or less. I will request him next time I need service. Gold Eagle is my new AC company and I have been externally happy with the level of professionalism, knowledge, and quality of service.
