I have been here several times and never been the slightest bit dissatisfied. The couple who own and operate this business are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They have a very nice selection of jewelry, their jeweler does a great job, and they are very fair and wonderful to do business with. This is definitely one of Forest Lake's best small businesses.
Dishonest traders. Not only did the man lie about his buyback price when I bought my bullion from him at $2 above spot price, he ripped me off when I did sell back to him. Bought my silver bar when silver was 17.56 per ounce for $200 at which time I asked him what his buyback price was. He stated he would buy back at spot. Today I sold my bar to him today and he gave me $14 per ounce. Silver is 17.32 per ounce currently. If anyone knows a good place to buy I'm all ears
I was given a free ring sizing and now I came in today to get a ring resized and they pretty much told me to go f**k myself and that it is no longer good because it's new owners. Poor customer service. I would not recommend going here to buy anything. I would go to another local jeweler because at least they will treat you better then this dump �
I bought my 10 year anniversary band here. The staff was so accommodating. They sold me 1 of a 2 part ring and even switched out stones to make the ring exactly what I wanted. Great service if you ask me! Thank you!!!
Amazing people to work with, with amazing deals on their rings and other goods! We got my wedding ring here and Recommend them to everyone!! Dropped my ring off and got it resized and redipped and had it back within 2 hrs!! They can do all your jewelry needs right in house! Great costumer service with people who actually care!
