I had busted off a prong on my wedding ring and didn’t fancy the idea of losing my diamond- so I brought her in to be examined. Falon was so helpful- she noted that the other tips were pretty worn down (I’ve had it 16 yrs so I wasn’t surprised). She offered options between re-tipping and replacing the head (part that holds the diamond) entirely- she even took the time to bid the work for all 3 options (re-tipping or 2 different style options for the new head/prongs). Falon is simply superb. She truly cares about each piece she creates and gets to know her customers so she can recommend their best options. She always listens and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied with your custom piece. Worth absolutely every cent and I won't go anywhere else for my custom pieces.
I've bought several pieces pre-designed and made by Falon from her shop, as well as commissioned a ring that she had already designed (Black Roses). Her designs are beautiful and unique, and the quality of the craftsmanship is obvious.
