I'm surprised you don't provide your customers with an itemized receipt for what they sell to you. What a terrible way to conduct business and to keep a piece of jewelry that was not intended to be part of the final sale and deny your customer of its return, shame on you. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this type of business either.
