I have had 2 knee replacements, Rotater cuff surgery and Trigger finger surgery. My wife and daughter both have had knee replacement surgery. All of us love Dr Gold
I found him to be rude and no compassion at all! Never went back.
Told me I had a sprain..never took X-rays or sent for MRI even though I told him something was wrong with my wrist after an auto accident. He told me to keep my emotions in check and go to PT. glad I went to PT...therapist referred me to a hand specialist. That sprain was actually damaged ligament and cartilage that both needed surgical repair. He was a rude, pompous a$$ , and I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.
Had knee replacement and more. Dr Gold and staff were wonderful. I was in pain for years and now for the last year I am able to lead a more active life. Dr Gold is no nonsense guy but is a wonderful doctor and I would highly recommend him and have to anyone
I must say Dr Gold is great. I could barely sleep at night from the knee pain. After my arthroscopy I got immediate releif. I didnt even need to fill a pain med perscription. Thank you so much for your help
I went to this dr for rt knee and the staff was very rude I don't know if it was my skin tone or what, but I did'nt get the same treatment as others. I spoke up about the matter, the front desk clerk told the dr. When he came to the room asked me a few questions and told me in short that if I don't stop seeking medical attention for the situations I will be no good when I get older. Dr. Gold is not a very friendly person. He jumps to conclusions easily. If you tell him that you're in pain; he'll tell you to deal with it. It can be very frustrating dealing with Dr. Gold.
Dr. Gold turned my husband's arthroscopic knee surgery into a nightmare. Moments before surgery, he accused ME of drug-seeking behavior simply because I inquired about post-operative pain management for my husband. I have never been so insulted and frightened at the same time. My husband was about to be operated on by a doctor who jumped to conclusions and chose to cause a scene instead of handling the situation with professionalism and concern.
