Stay away from this Boca Raton office and stay far away from Arthur. He complety lied me and listed my property as a short sale when I told him I did not want that, everything on the MLS listing on our property is false, it's not even our property on the picture he listed. Poor communication threw employees and I have been asking Arthur to take my house off of the market for over 5 days now and still has not done so.
