I purchased a sweet Roush over the phone, from Florida. Rashan and Mark were great explaining the car and doing videochat of the car with me. I flew in to Chicago and they arranged my taxi. The car was cleaned and ready to roll. He had all the paperwork ready to go and I was out the door in no time. Rashan was a pleasure to do business with!
I bought a car from out of state through this dealer with Roshan back in April; the process was very smooth, he was very responsive, kept me frequently updated, and arranged to have the vehicle brought to a local Ford dealer so I could have a full inspection completed before finalizing the purchase.
