I highly recommend Nick. First his communication and responsiveness via text was terrific. Quote, scheduled and booked all within a few minutes via text. He confirmed the appointment the evening before and then the morning of he showed up right on time with a smile. The job itself was impressive. Nick did an amazing job repairing my carpet in three locations and all were done within an hour!
Communication was great with Nick and he was punctual. We had our carpet pulled and cleaned. Overall great experience 👍🏼
