I recently visited Riverside Dental Group and had an absolutely wonderful experience, thanks in large part to Aaliyah, the hygiene coordinator at the front desk. She is hands-down the best, professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Aaliyah made scheduling my appointment a breeze and went out of her way to ensure I felt welcomed and informed. The entire team at Riverside Dental Group is great, but Aaliyah's exceptional service really stood out. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!
I usually don’t waste my time giving any reviews, but this has to be addressed!! This has been the wost experience all around. Spent almost $40,000 here. Please do NOT do any dental work here. My mouth feels uncomfortable all my implants constantly bother me and super sharp. Have gone back to complain several times and at this point, I’ve just started looking for a different dentist. Bridgette lied about 4500 quote for deep cleaning, 4 crowns and 3-4 fillings. She tries to tell you that she quoted only the top of your mouth and its your fault for not understanding. I came in for issues with my bottom front teeth. The Dentists Api(epi) does not bother to talk with patients, she will file down your teeth while you think your getting a deep cleaning. Fast talkers in businesses is a red flag. Good communication is vital. I'm slower, I talk to where others can understand me. Learned it in school.They hung up on me today because they have no patience or maybe drink too much coffee. The other reviews you read here are true. Live and learn. God bless.
BOTCHED WORK, NO CALL BACK, ANNUAL FEES, DISHONEST, AVOID I came in for work to close a gap between two teeth and now I have pain every time I eat. Horrible experience from the start. The Corona office appointment was at 4pm and they gave me the numbing injection then I sat there until 6pm.
