Very disappointing experience with Gold Coast Dental Riverside. I was billed for D4999 laser treatment after my July 18 deep cleaning, but I do not believe the laser procedure was actually performed that day. I requested my clinical records to verify the treatment, but I still have not received them and the office has been very difficult to reach. Terrible company if you can take care of your dental issues anywhere else please do. I came here for a filling and it was honestly horrible the filing was not only wayyyy too overfilled when I went home and tried to put on my retainer it wouldn’t even fit due to the tooth being overly filled. When I tried to chew or bite down the filling would touch the bottom half of my teeth first it was sooo overfilled!!! This Place is a Joke I cannot get past this circus trying to pass as a dentistry 1. They run an ad on their website saying they do $50 Cleanings for first time patients yet they had no idea about the ad and gave me a hard time along with the receptionist giving me an attitude and an eye twitch saying Its up to the dentist discretion after a week before they told me its fine 2. Hi, please see my ratings below. I want to share that today during my procedure I needed additional numbing medicine and the dental assistant advocated for me and the dentist applied more. That stood out to me as they made sure I wasn’t in pain. I will continue to update my reviews as I continue my treatment plan. Also, I am happy with my interactions with the front desk. Customer service 10/10 Procedures 10/10 Bedside manner 10/10 Dentist 10/10 Dental Assistant 10/10 Dental Hygienist 10/10
First and last time here. Once I paid up front they just left me to sit in the chair for 2+ hours . I needed a simple bonding done before going back to work Place isn’t very clean and they don’t seem to really care either . The dentist was nice and that’s about it. Won’t be coming back here .
