I thought a basic dental cleaning can’t go wrong. BUTTT — this place is absolutely terrible and left me in tears. I showed up at 9:30am right on time for my appointment, but didn’t get to see my doctor until 11:00am — and when I finally did, the doctor who came in (should be “Jack Lee”) WAS NOT EVEN THE DOCTOR I BOOKED! No explanation, no apology, just a bait-and-switch. To make it worse, I have no idea who this doctor even is or what his credibility is — how can I trust someone I never even chose to see? I’m not sure how this place has so many good reviews. While the dental assistant was patient and professional, the doctor was very unprofessional. Before my cleaning, they didn’t even let me rinse my mouth, which I found unusual. Then they told me I had five cavities that needed filling, which didn’t match with the feedback I’ve received from previous dentists, as I clean my teeth twice a year and have never been told I had so many issues.
