My daughter came here for orthodontic (braces) treatment. It was only after we signed the contract that we found out the doctor only comes in once a month. Later, that doctor left and was replaced by another doctor, who also only comes in once a month — the scheduling is extremely inconvenient. The front desk staff have a terrible attitude! This company’s management is completely chaotic and disorganized! 我女儿来这里箍牙、签了合同之后才知道医生每个月才来一次、后来这个医生不干了换了另外一个医生、也是一个月来一次、时间非常不方便、前台态度非常恶劣！这个公司管理制度非常混乱不堪！
Not to be trusted. They bill incorrectly and have a high turnover in staff so it’s impossible to develop a relationship.
The dentist there are too notch. I went for a cracked tooth I had and it was painful. They seen me on a Sunday!. they were able to do 90% of the work on my tooth on my 2 nd bisit. The dentist is very patient and he made sure I was completely comfortable at all times. He explaned everything he eas doing , as he worked on my tooth. The office staff and assistants are awesome too. Very understanding and not forceful or pushy. Golden Coast Dental is great! It’s the best dentist I have been to in years!!
