I had the same experience with, overly pushy tactics trying to get me to sign up for care credit for cosmetic surgery....I just went in to get some cavities filled. The fillings weren't the best quality either....they left a slightly rough surface.

Worst dental experience. The first 10 mins of my visit was spent with the dentist trying to get my permission to consent to a care credit for Invisalign, which runs about $8000. Was not comforting to know that this dentist was money hungry, and you must ask yourself why is this dentist after money like this? Maybe because he is not getting good business...but why ?? X-rays and cleaning together took about 25-30 mins total. Fasted cleaning I ever had and even heard of, and not to mention rough, plus the assistant was not comp... read more

I think Dr. Susu is the best dentist I've ever been to. He was very patient, explained what I needed to know in as much detail as I wanted, had steady hands and moved quickly. He didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't need. I have appointments to bring all four of my kids back, too. The staff are just as helpful, too. They always help me out, whether on the phone or in person. I had an emergency and they were willing to squeeze me in the same day.

No, I never saw one Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

The office staff was friendly, but that's the only good thing I can say. This dentist is horrible! At my first (and only) visit, he completely misdiagnosed my problem and recommended I have multiple extractions. I went to another dentist and I did not need ANY extractions, just a root canal a filling. Furthermore, my new dentist had asked to have my x-rays sent to her and not only did he refuse to send them, he told her I was never a patient there. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring
