I had a very disappointing experience with Gold Coast City Florist on Valentine’s Day. I placed a phone order at exactly 11:00 AM for delivery to Wyndham Surfers Paradise. I clearly read out the address, including the building/street number starting with 3018. Despite this, the flowers were delivered to the wrong hotel. Ordered flowers at 6am, paid for the same day delivery service, but nothing got delivered and now not getting any response back from emails, guessing I have lost my $130. Don’t recommend
