I dealt with Robert Eden at Gold Coast Cadillac in Oakhurst, I'm not going to say salesmen because he didn't "sell" me anything. He "helped " me buy a car I saw on their website, which was completely user friendly, and included car fax. Bob greeted me with a smile and was friendly, I felt comfortable. We worked with each other via phone and fax, so I didn't have to spend hours at the dealership. Love my car ( so far) and will do business there again if I decide to buy another car, which I don't plan on, I am happy now.

Extremely unpleased with Gold Coast Cadillac, we are repeat customers and brought our 2016 Escalade into service, they did a walk around and signed off that the car didn't have any scratches dents etc.. We noticed a little star/ crack in the windshield when exiting the dealership when we picked up the vehicle. The Service I received was great ,I couldn't believe they had the car I inquired about via email, and over the phone ,was ready for me when I arrived . The SRX was practically at the door ,no questions asked " only my Name " I was handed the keys and was told to take my soon to be SRX for a spin"" The following week I drove off the Lot.I love my Vehicle .thank you" Gold Coast Cadillac .
I am truly appalled at the way Gold Coast/Ally (finance company) is treating one of their long time customers. We are talking about a 30 year + customer relationship that my parents have had with GM. My mom passed away in March and my Dad now has dementia and can no longer drive. They have a 2013 cadillac with about 2,000 miles on it, no scratches, dents etc. Their lease is up in August and they refuse to take car back without a penalty.
