I recently downsized from a 4 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apt and was initially concerned about the reduced space, especially with all my heavy furniture and belongings. But after moving in, I was pleasantly surprised. This apt is far more spacious than it appears at first glance. The large closets and abundant storage really makes a difference. As a 3 year resident, the experience at this complex became more dissapointing as our leases went on, hence the low review. The great things about the apartment are the 2 parking spots, location relative to the freeway and college, a nice patio private fence, and a leasing/maintenance team who responds to issues quickly. I have been here for a couple of years now and this is one of the best places I have lived. The location is great, it’s next to the freeway (awesome for getting around) and Mira Mesa College (which is great for walking or jogging in the evening, really pretty!). The staff here are excellent and respond to all issues super-fast. The apartments look great (we just had new windows installed which helps a lot with the noise from the nearby road), and I love the views from my balcony. One of the best perks for me is having two assigned parking spaces right in front of my apartment. It makes coming and going so much easier. The one time someone parked in my spot, I called the night manager and he responded quickly, and had the issue resolved right away. Super impressed with how fast and helpful he was.
I’ve lived here for 6 months now and absolutely love it. It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which I really appreciate. The leasing office and maintenance team do an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly. The leasing office manager is super attentive. She makes sure all your needs are taken care of and even follows up with you, which is rare and really appreciated. One thing I love is how convenient it is pay rent online.
