My husband and I had such a wonderful experience working with the apartment manager, Lee, throughout our entire apartment search and move-in process. as I did my evening stroll, walked by this place with my small pup. Thought I’d check it out to see if this would be a nice place to move. based on how I was treated by the owner or manager, I could see how this place would be rated so low. There weren’t rude but they aren’t friendly, damn sure not pup friendly, even for small dogs, and it’s evident these people care only about their property than any person in it. You would have thought I was spray painting the joint. My opinion.
I recently downsized from a 4 bedroom house to a 2 bedroom apt and was initially concerned about the reduced space, especially with all my heavy furniture and belongings. But after moving in, I was pleasantly surprised. This apt is far more spacious than it appears at first glance. The large closets and abundant storage really makes a difference. As a 3 year resident, the experience at this complex became more dissapointing as our leases went on, hence the low review. The great things about the apartment are the 2 parking spots, location relative to the freeway and college, a nice patio private fence, and a leasing/maintenance team who responds to issues quickly.
