There were some untruth statements. I was informed the vehicle had 16 miles when in fact it had 100 miles on the vehicle. There were other things as well. I feel they cannot be trusted.
I hit the trifecta with Megan, Josh and Jill! These three are super professional with zero sales pressure. They all showed their casual side with good humor and laughs. They respected my time and I was in and out of there before I could sample the snacks they provided me. 5 STARS AND MORE I hope Patriot Acura knows what a great team they have!

i went lo lindsay to buy an advertised used car, i was talked into leasing a new acura mdx. I left an $11,000 down payment on the mdx but did not take the car. the next day i called back to cancel the deal on the mdx and buy the used car. I was told i had to arrange this with the sales manager Nick but he was too busy to talk, i tried 3 times that day to talk to him with no luck. I just used Apple Tree Honda for the first time. I gave them a three because of how nice the people were to deal with. Both in the parts department and my service agent. They were both friendly and seemed to have a good handle on their jobs. That's the good part of the review. My repair rated out as a 1-1&1/2 hour job, of course they charged for 1&1/2 hours. We had a pleasant day shopping and eventually buying a car. The manager Sebastian was straight-forward and did not pressure which was our criteria for staying on a lot. In the same vein the financial manager did not push. We got the deals we hoped for. Good company!
Do not take your car to Acura West, Culver City, Cal for major car service. My customer who moved to LA from Kansas broke down on the freeway and had his 2008 Acura TL 3.2 towed to the Acura West dealer in Culver City to resolve the issue on 9/28/24. They did a visual inspection taking maybe 30min to determine the timing belt system had failed on the engine. Cost $1700.
