It was a big mistake placing my family member. No activities in memory care. Hallway hangout..Not enough staff from what I witnessed. Person who handled medication was no where to be found to find out they had left and no one could tell me who to talk to. The director Tammy was not approachable. Always in a meeting when u call and office door closed when I went in person. No one knew anything. Starts at mgmt. Hygiene in memory care was concerning. Will say no more. Complaining made things worse.
Most frustrating experience. Could not get my family out fast enough. All our concerns fall on deaf ears. Unorganized management.Very nice when signing you up for admission..$$. Communication/Customer Service is a real problem especially if they do not like you as the resident's responsible party when trying to resolve an issue..Calls returned up to a week later if at all. Problem starts at the top!
A great place to work. The residents are amazing and so are the staff.
