My wife's ring kept losing diamonds due to the prongs breaking. The solution was to solder the prongs to each other to better secure the diamonds. The work was done promptly and at a reasonable price. My wife is happy to have her ring back!
Michael is a wonderful jeweler, he made a stunning custom ring for me it is absolutely amazing, I love it!!!! 5 stars
I was told my watch repair would take 8 weeks- It took over 16. In addition, several times their Credit / Debit processing service was not operational; my bank approved the charges, but the store was not able to. The owner, Michael Holland, was rude, argumentative and unpleasant and does not deserve NOR WILL HE EVER GET- my business ever again.
Great service and so friendly.
