I’m really disappointed with my experience at this salon. I came in for a gray hair color service, but the results were poorly done — I still have a lot of visible gray, even after pointing it out to the stylist. I honestly feel misled by all the positive reviews. The service did not match the expectations at all. Sarah did a great job with my hair. It was my first time there, so I was a bit nervous, but I’m really happy with the result.
Sarah is an absolute gem — she really knows hair and delivers results that exceed expectations every time. Grace provides incredible customer service and makes the entire experience feel warm, seamless, and elevated. And the GM, Erika, is stellar — professional, attentive, and clearly runs the salon with excellence. I love this salon and highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-tier care and artistry.
Sydney is fabulous! She delivers great and consistent color and cut! I have recommended a friend and a family member to her in the last few months and they will regulars now as well! 10/10 recommend
