It deserves less than one star...do NOT rent with these people, whatever you do. They are awful. Staff is not friendly, they ignored some of our maintenance requests and when we moved out, they tried to charge us $250 for excessive pet odor which was complete bullshit. We had a 7 year old dog who never had an accident in that house. We were amazing tenants and they tried to screw us. They're AWFUL!!!!
This place is a joke. Inconsistent, unreliable, over-priced, and the staff is less than apt. I asked for the owner's name and was told Ken, but then given a voicemail for a Jim. Their accounting department made a mistake for 11 months and waited until we were moving out to tell us. Do NOT rent with these people....you'll kick yourself in the face later. Trust.
