I love the laser treatment here and the lovely technicians who do my laser treatments. However, the receptionist at the Thornhill location is so rude. Looks like she hated her job, condescending, no smile. I might go elsewhere because of her unwelcoming attitude.
I’ve had several laser hair removal sessions with Sara, and she has been absolutely wonderful. I have a low pain tolerance, and she always goes above and beyond to make me feel as comfortable as possible throughout each appointment. She is incredibly accommodating, professional, and kind, and she always creates a welcoming and comfortable environment. I’ve had a great experience with her and would highly recommend Sara to anyone considering laser hair removal!
