I had such a great experience with Layla during my laser treatment. She was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Great technicians, but very disappointing reception and booking experience. I completed two years of laser treatments, and all the technicians have been wonderful, professional, and friendly. I truly appreciate their excellent service! Unfortunately, booking appointments has been extremely frustrating, especially for annual touch-ups included in my contract.
