Initial complaint was for excessive, negligent damage to antiques, mirrors china, and collectibles, in addition to inappropriate behavior by head mover. They have failed to respond to email release of 10/28/19, which settlement is woefully inadequate.
Arrived early. Finished early and under budget. Followed instructions perfectly. Supervisor really kept things moving!
Golan has moved me twice and stored furniture and other items. The movers were efficient and careful. While we don?t plan to move again, I would definitely use Golan.
from the call setting up the appointment to the finish of the move it was a simple easy process. everyone was great and the three movers.....Mod, Ngodup and Francisco....were fantastic! they took good care of fragile items, heavy furniture and worked hard and fast. i would definitely recommend Golan’s Moving to anyone. and the total cost was under my expected budget!

I had a very pleasant experience this morning with the movers from Golan's Moving & Storage. Very careful with items during packing and quick and efficient. They were on time, clear with their pricing. Moving can be very stressful, these guys made it very easy. I’m very happy with their work and I truly recommend them.

Crew of Golan's Moving & Storage was kind and attentive. Medium price. I didn’t charge any extra price for anything. Everything was according to the plan. They just took 8 hours for the whole process from moving and wrapping all the stuff and putting all the things they took apart together.8 total hours from the process of packing till unpacking like wow! You guys are so amazing...
Not lucky enough to get everything right in first attempt. Golan's Moving & Storage is the fourth I have tried for moving my furniture. Working through small hallways, packing in the right size boxes, bubble wrapping and extra care while shifting these are the services which I saw and admired while working these few professional. Really hard to find such passion towards work these days. Really impressed and looking forward for the next time. Cheers!
Gateway helped us move a few weeks ago. We were nervous about having movers in our home but they were beyond friendly and very easy going. They did a great job by getting everything in the truck as quick as possible. They arrived to the new home in a timely manner and unloaded everything precisely, making sure everything was unloaded how we wanted it into the new house. They went the extra mile for us by making sure we were completely satisfied.
