One of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. They do not fix issues for tenants and gaslight you every chance they get.

I’m leaving today from Emerald apartments, at 2380 Diana Dr, Hallandale Beach.. I’m going to miss my kind neighbors, and my peaceful neighborhood. I live there since 2020, wonderful experience , this is a safe , comfortable , clean , spacious place , good maintenance.. always on time . Thank to my lanlord and his property management team.. my best wishes for them
I came to see a unit here and it was smelly like mold and dirty . Cabinets broken and the toilet water was running. Landlord said it rented out as is . No Thank You.
