We purchased a keyless lock system 1 year prior to it no longer working. I have been extremely delighted with their Customer Service. I was unable to reach the lock company so GoKeyless reached out to them directly for me and saved me the hassle. We have made several orders with Mike W***** in the past several months, and so far we are very satisfied with the products and level of customer service. Mike is a great communicator, always responds in a timely fashion and takes care of any issues promptly. We will definitely order from GoKeyless again.

Horrible! Ordered one lock, and they sent us two and charged us for two. Customer service gave me the run around...said someone would email with how to correct the issue, but no one ever did, so I had to jump through all the hoops to get this corrected. We're a small entity with a ton of work, and the last thing we needed was to try and correct this company's problem, and then try to figure out how to fix it, since they were not helpful with this at all. Will never use GoKeyless again!

The customer placed two orders for the same lock on our website. The first order was placed on 6/24 at 1:22pm (order number SO519734). The second order was placed on 6/24 at 1:26pm (order number ********). The customer called our shipping department and left a voicemail on 7/14 stating that they ordered one lock and received two. The shipping department forwarded the voicemail to customer care who in turn sent a request to our returns department to send the customer a return label. I bought an electronic lock from this company. The lock was about $149 with tax. With the correct sequence of events and ability to set passwords, the Schlage lock I purchased is great. The problem was not the lock it is the customer service of Gokeyless the company that sells the lock. A booklet providing instructions for adding and deleting codes and various other things the lock can do was not mailed with the lock. I emailed the company twice asking for the booklet. Dear BBB, Our servers show no emails or calls coming from this customer. Furthermore, the customer when placing the order did not provide an email contact. As with all products from Schlage, customers can go on-line and review PDF instruction manuals and videos to assist with any questions.
