Merisa is always on it when we are ordering trilogy locks. I know if I am contacting her, she is going to give us what we need in a timely manor. I truly enjoy working with her.
I experienced a slight delay with the shipping of my recent order, but their customer care specialist, Merisa, went above and beyond to help get the situation resolved quickly. She was professional, responsive, and even provided a partial refund for the inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but great customer service makes all the difference and Merisa definitely delivered that. Horrible Experience Placed an order with Gokeyless.com. They send half the order without ever notifying me that half of the items were out of stock. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. Don't waste your time and money dealing with Gokeyless.com
