Michelle D was able to assist me with ongoing issues that I had been experiencing for the past 2 weeks, leaving me unable to place any orders. I brought Michelle up to speed with what was happening and she was able to look into it on her end and get with the other representatives that had been trying to assist previously. Horrible Experience Placed an order with Gokeyless.com. They send half the order without ever notifying me that half of the items were out of stock. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. Don't waste your time and money dealing with Gokeyless.com

Zach Tracey was so helpful from beginning to end! He gave me several things to try in response to my problem with a defective combination door lock but when nothing helped, he requested a replacement from Schlage in my behalf. My new lock is on the way- thanks to Zach and his help!!

Our facility was severely damaged by Hurricane Ian. I worked with GOKeyless to get our locks replaced and was given an extraordinary amount of attention to get this done as quickly as possible.
