They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. The touch of professionalism is lacking. I have been referred by colleague and I selected him as my family physician. I have given my insurance details and they happily accepted it. I went for couple of check ups in a span of 6 months and I got a bill of $200 after some times. I checked with my insurance and they told me he is out of network and they will cover only half of the charges.
