Due to an unfortunate situation my piano date was rescheduled. Chad was very transparent. He did a great job rectifying the situation. If you are looking for a company that cares about you and your property, I strongly recommend this company. Thank you, Chad!
I do not recommend this company at all. They scheduled my piano move for March 25th. On March 24th the receptionist called saying that my date needed to be changed. No explanation for the change. She offered Wednesday or Friday. I selected Wednesday. I asked what time would they arrive. The receptionist said she would call me back with the time. She never called. Gohn’s Piano Moving proved what its website says: “We can move what others can’t.” Of several piano movers I spoke with, only this company offered to bring a 6'+ grand piano up a flight of stairs and a 90-degree turn (versus using a crane or a lift). The company’s decades of experience showed when Barry and Cody successfully brought the body of the piano up to the second floor in under twenty minutes.
