I don't understand the positive reviews of this practice.. I've been trying to start treatment for MONTHS and cannot get a call back from anyone. I put down a deposit with this practice and am at the point where I'm just going to file a dispute with my credit card company and find another provider.
I sat here wrote everything i been through with that horrible place but it was long and I couldn't post so had to delete everything and now writing again I guess all I can say is I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL! Remember alot of people write reviews once they start going without giving it a real chance, places will treat u nice when u first go after that they show their true colors all I'm gonna say is with me he asked where I worked and I had payed the treatment as quick as I could cause one day ur good the next u have... read more
Unfortunately had a similar experience as the person below me... the office spams you with emails and text messages after your consultation but when you email back, you get ignored. I went to another ortho's office afterwards and they made me feel as if I was an actual patient rather than just a number, will be starting treatment with the other orthodontist next month and I am very excited!!
Proceed with caution. Plenty of other orthodontists around that are more transparent. We initially had high hopes for Gohill Orthodontics and were looking forward to starting treatment for both of my children. The consultation went well, and the office seemed promising.
