we have had 2 different service men. they both worked hard and we do not see bugs . i have recommended them to my neighbors.
After reading all of this companies reviews I now understand why these people have taken time to give this company the thumbs up. They do a great job! When I call their office I talk to a person, not a machine and I have been able to reach them as late as 830 at night when I had a black widow in my home. They answered my call and had a truck at my house first thing the next morning to re spray my house. Talk about customer service! Had to call them back after the first service, because we were still seeing ants in the yard. They came back the following day, and we have seen only the occasional ant since then. None inside. Unlike, other review, noted timely and courteous follow-up. A definite recommend.
Horrible customer service. I called numerous times week after week and they would never answer nor call me back. After calling for a week straight I was able to get someone to answer the phone and I told them I wanted my service canceled. About 4 weeks later they apparently came out and performed another service, charging me again. I called and called trying to dispute the charge but again they never answered nor called me back. PLEASE CHECK THEIR BBB RATING, IT IS AN F...the worst possible. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!
Very thorough and complete service provided by technician! Did a complete inspection of our home, both inside and out, explained what and where he would be treating. Since the first visit, we have only seen a couple ants here and there, as compared to the HUNDREDS we were seeing before. Also managed to get our scorpions under control. We got a great price on the service, as compared to multiple other companies, with which we comparison shopped. An absolute recommend.
