Very disappointing experience. My new doctor sent a signed request to transfer my medical records, but I was told the office would not fax them unless I paid a $35 fee, which they said was their policy. This delayed my care and caused significant stress and physical impact due to my health condition. Continuity of care should not be delayed over an office policy like this.
She is very careless doctor,They don't have any responsibility.
I wish you could leave zero. Nobody ever answers the phone. She is always out of office or on vacation. If you need your meds refilled she don't care she makes you wait till she feels like filling them. I went to the hospital for a fracture and she did a phone appt and didn't care to look at my leg just said when I can an if I want I can bring the XRay in. She needs to be looked into she cares more about her beauty patients then her medical ones.
This woman is terrible. No one ever answers the phone at her office, she is always hours late for telehealth calls, and most importantly she is not thorough. My mom has been suffering from ill health for years and she was so incompetent my mom has now suffered a stroke and been diagnosed with cancer. Which Gogna missed. Don't engage with this woman - especially for elder care where the patient isn't good at self advocating.
I have been a patient of Dr. Gogna's for many years. She listens carefully and then sends her patient to a carefully selected professional that is an expert in the area needed. She and her nurse and office help deserve the highest score for excellence.
